The programme model below reflects how established church-based social ministries work. The public register distinguishes what is already documented in AOC sources from what remains a framework for future local projects.

Refugee support
AOC public material has identified assistance to refugees among its social ministries. Specific active locations and case counts are not claimed here without a dated source.
Social centre
The AOC international mission page notes a social centre in the Church’s published ministry record. This site does not invent operating hours, address or services that are not publicly verified.
Community care
Support for older people, families, people with disabilities, those facing isolation and others whose needs can be met locally or through referral.
Interdenominational service
The AOC has publicly discussed and supported interdenominational social initiatives at Council level, making cooperation a documented part of its service horizon.
Programme register
No invented map.
No vanity metrics.
As of 12 August 2026, this site does not claim a central case-management office, a global beneficiary count, a consolidated Diakonia budget or a verified directory of every local project.
Future programme entries should name the responsible community, location, date range, service offered, public contact, safeguarding route and source for any impact numbers.
